Event Details
On December 7th 2009 Sustainable Silicon Valley and NASA Ames will be hosting a Water Summit and Annual Meeting. The purpose of this event is to catalyze a sea change in action towards long-term resiliency in water supply and management in Silicon Valley. We welcome you!
Important: Please plan to arrive half an hour early to allow time to get through security at the front gate. Carpooling is encouraged. All attendees should be prepared to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Tell the guard you are going to "Building 3, the Conference Center". The Conference Center is located directly in front of the big silver hangar.
A map can be found here: (the Conference Center is Building 3 on this map)

All Foreign Nationals are required to obtain a special visitor badge for this meeting because the meeting is being held in a NASA facility. Rho Christensen, Protocol Specialist in the Center Director’s office at NASA Ames, will be handling the badging for all Foreign Nationals. You can contact her at (650) 604- 2476 if you have questions.
Driving directions once at NASA: Drive straight ahead after going through the NASA Research Park Gate. You will be on Clark Road; the road veers slightly to the right. Take the "left" road, keeping the large, grassy parade ground on your left and aiming for the big hangar (Hangar 1). You will be then be driving on South Akron Road. Stay on South Akron Road until you get to Bldg 3, NASA Ames Conference Center (shown in red on map). Park in the lot to the right of Bldg 3 and come in the front door, with the large awning (facing Hangar 1).
